FOIA Request Not Delivered – PO Leaves Notice

Our FOIA request made it to Little Rock today.  However, it was not delivered.  Delivery was attempted but it was not left with the Arkansas Department of Education (“ADE”) for some reason.  Is ADE refusing its mail?  We don’t know.  It simply appears that a notice of attempt to deliver was left with ADE and our FOIA request is sitting at the Post Office waiting to be re-delivered or for someone from ADE to pick it up.  Hmmm……
